Still Life Art

Artists that have interesting Still Life/ Objects art pieces?

I am studying the coursework section of “Objects” and “Still Life”.
I have ofcourse used the use of Cubism and Giorgio Morandi’s work but am looking for something modern, and maybe a bit more interesting instead of the same old, Fruit and Glass bottles. Wondering if anybody knew any artists which i could do a bit of research on?

I really like the objects that Ansel Adams photographs. Maybe you could take a tip from those.
I hate drawing fruit too.
