Homeschooling A Beka curriculum?

Last year, I was in grade 10 and used the A Beka DVD program with accredited program. Which one of you all this? We did this because we live on a farm and my mother did long to be able to teach me. Last year was our first year of the house and was sorta crazy trying to get the hang of it. Some advice to all homeschooling in this way? What is your opinion about this program? We need a plan Study accredited homeschooling Christian is self-taught (like this). We intend to do it that way next year too, but I want to know everything elses opinion. Some tips to keep everything organized and smoothly, it would be useful. Thank you very much

I am an educator and we use a program k-Beka 2-12. Then, two years ago we went to Bob Jones. They do a better job of critical thinking. They also have a satellite called Homesat. As homeschooling parents, we tried. It was good. What I liked is that you can record your classes and study when it fits your schedule. Then they also have the DVD program.
